A driver tosses out several bales of marijuana during a high speed police chase. The event was captured on the officers dashcam. Some of the marijuana bales that suspects tossed out of an SUV during a high-speed chase last week got picked up by passing vehicles. Snoop Dog and President Clinton were later observed at the scene.
